Shooting is done at your location.
It doesn’t matter whether it is in the domestic or foreign environment, but you must inform me in advance and send your address.
After that, the reservation is confirmed.
It will depends on the package you have purchased.
I am sending a link where you can download your edited photos.
If you want it in print or on a disk, it is possible, but I will give you a new external SSD hard drive, and unfortunately I cannot accept your disk and copy the file to it.
The SSD and printed photo is calculated separately.
You receive the files once, if you lose them after a month and request it again, you have to pay a separate fee.
It depends on the package you have purchased.
Note that I will send you the photos only after the full payment has been completed.
If the payment is not received within 48 hours after the photoshoot, the pictures will be deleted.
To confirm the bookiing, I will ask you to pay a deposit.
For the deposit I will provide a payment link via email or WhatsApp.
You can pay online with any of the major credit card companies.
For the full payment you can either pay with cash or again online via payment link.
Make sure to pay the latest the day of the photoshoot. As otherwise you risk the pictures being automatically deleted.
Yes.
The booking will be confirmed once the deposit is received.
The deposit is not refundable.
In the unlikely case of extreme bad weather, I will do my best to reschedule the shoot to another time slot.
If you want to cancel your shoot, please contact me.
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours after the confirmation of the reservation, the deposit amount will be fully refunded, provided that it is at least 72 hours before the day you made the reservation.
After this period, you can no longer withdraw the deposit.
Yes.
Packages can be upgraded until the day of the photoshoot.
Please contact me if this is the case.
Downgrade of packages is not possible.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you want to reschedule your photo session.
I will do my best to find a new timeslot for the session.
If a new timeslot is found the photoshoot will be rescheduled. The new timeslot will have to be within two weeks of the original agreed upon date.
– The rescheduling is free of charge if the request is reveived at least 5 days prior to the photosession.
– For rescheduling 2 to 5 days prior to the session, 50€ will be added to the total price of the package.
– Rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to the session is not possible. In this case a new booking will have to be made.
Please be on time, it can happen I will have another photoshoot after yours and I need to be on time for everyone.
If you are up to 30 minutes late, it means we’ll have less for the session.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, it will automatically result in cancellation.
Although Netherland looks like rainy every day, it actually doesn’t rain that often. When it does, is normally for short period of time. When is about light rain we go ahead with the planned photoshoot (we just need an umbrella and your best smile).
If the weather conditions are really bad, we’ll try to find another option of time if it is possible.
Netherlands is a beautiful place plenty of colourful spots.
For this reason I recommend to wear as simple and comfortable as possible clothes.
The more neutral colors is better (trying to avoid completely dark colors is better).
Ladies don’t forget about checking makeup and hair, afterwards you will see that on the pictures.
It is possible yes, but I will not take pictures from that person you bring with you.
If your friend wants to be on the pictures too, you would have to upgrade your package.
